Shame there is no original barrel but you can thank ATF for that.

Seems like a good price to me, especially if what they say about the quality of the kits is correct.

As to my understanding, not an issue if you have a pre-ban (10/1/13) flat that has already been bent into a receiver?

pre-ban receiver, pistol, or SBR. perfectly legal.

the "other parts" could be one of many things. the rifle can't be built from more than 10 imported parts. If you build a rifle with a threaded muzzle, you're looking at a minimum of 6 parts that need to be US manufacture. receiver and barrel are in there already, fire control group (FCG) counts as three, and a pistol grip from Ronin looks EXACTLY like the original but with a tiny US molded into it in a location that's completely invisible when it's installed. that's the easiest/most economical route to go. Muzzle devices are another easy way to get there.

Seems like a OK deal given they are Polish. Stil doesn't beat the Apex $179 Hungarian UF kits we had not too long ago. Don't think we will see those prices again.
