well first you need 50 posts then you will be able to place an ad

you need to have at minimum of 50 posts.. (probably why you getting lost and its not letting you add one).

Careful though, if you run up your count just to post, one of the mods will fix that for you...
It doesn't take much time to get to 50. So sit back and enjoy the ride.
