Sense he's saying to arrest him, then they ought to, if they feel he's in violation of the law.

This is where we are breaking down. Ppl are violating our laws. Look at illegal immigration- a representative from California brought an illegal to the state of the union and they did not arrest. We must enforce our laws plain and simple.

I see the PA SC striking this down. Injunction should be filed 1 second after this POS mayor signs it.

I'm not so sure. I read that there are more Democrats on the court than Republicans. Granted being a Democrat in PA is not an automatic anti 2A vote. I pray they slap the mayor and council down and make them pay for it out of their own pockets. PA has a pre emption law. I moved to PA from NY a few years ago trying to reduce my exposure to Progressives. I can't get away from them. :mad54:

They would have to rescind the preemption law . . .

. . . in order to uphold it. There is voluminous precedent upholding preemption. It is grandstanding, pure and simple.

So if the Pittsburgh Mayor and the "council" don't respect the rule of law, then why should anyone living in that Liberal Eutopia, respect theirs?

Sounds like a nice letter to the editor topic, I wonder if it would be printed?

Has anyone thought to formally inform the PA State Police about this. If a crime is formally reported (and this IS very much in their lane), don't they have to follow up? Maybe the Rowdy Boyz & Girlz might pipe down if some troopers showed up with bracelets at the ready... :innocent0
