Pistol training in Frederick area?

Title kinda says it all. I am interested in pistol training in the Frederick/ north Frederick county area. I have the basics of a firearm and how to use my pistol. I am just looking to advance that some. Maybe even a sticky with upcoming classes would be nice.

Classes are at the Frederick IWLA. However, I believe the August class mentioned is an instructor course. The regular class is being offered in June however.

Never taken any of their classes, but I know some of the people who run it. Good guys and all LEO/Mil. Can't get much closer to Frederick and the prices seem decent.

I wondered about that. Having not been there I wasn't sure. I hope that is the case, couldn't be much handier for me as it is probably 1.5 miles from where I live.

I was just there 2 weeks ago. Looks pretty familiar. Not sure how they got the nod from the city to use it for personal purposes. Employee or not.

By the way, I verified that they do in fact teach the classes at the police range by cresap. I have been speaking, via email, to one of the owners and he has been exceptionally responsive and helpfull.
