We shot at Pintail this morning and although it was steady, it sure wasn't the happening place that I once remembered. While there is a need for general maintenance around the course, they have added a 10' high platform station recently. I sure hope that they recover from bankruptcy and don't auction it off for pennies on the dollar like they did the golf course.
One way to make sure that one of the best MD sporting clays courses is able to survive is to patronize them! It is a long drive for us and we only shoot there a few times a year at most, but the rumors of auction drew our group out today. As long as they keep the doors open, I may just add them into my rotation once a month as it is one of my favorite places to shoot.
