I'm not clear on Delaware gun laws, but I think it would be cool.
NJ is probably the worst east coast state to live in. I have an ICE agent friend stationed in NJ, and is governed by NJ gun laws. How F'd up is that?

Confirmed with the folks at X-Ring Supply it's OK to unpin and make it adjustable now that I'm out of NJ.
