If so how and when could I join. And how much is it a year?

I live in cumberland. And yes I know about the range on New Germany Road. I like having a range I can go to that I do not have to worry about paying each time. And the one time I tired to by a year pass at New Germany I got a run around about who I could get it from.

@lus Piney has acess to the range above Frostburg and that's the town I store some of my guns.

Next time there, put a check or cash in the envelope for $25----include name, driver's license number (or SSN), address, phone number, and date of birth. Put the package in the dark green pipe-receiver. The Ranger, who only works M-F days only, will mail your annual pass------good for 365 days from date of issue (no more 31decxx ending). Worked for me for the last two years.
