Sir it definitely happened. If since 1964 Republicans have never received even 15% of the black vote, how is it the 97% number makes no sense for a Democratic black candidate? When I was gerrymandered in a congressional district that was majority black, Wynn beat Kimble 85-15, exit polls showed >99% black vote went to Wynn. In the primary Obama garnered over 85% of the black vote vs two others.

The figure is right, but expected. How much money did Romney invest in those areas? $0...they cut their loses. Republican candidates don't even try to pick up the black vote, they automatically write it off. First we need an electable Republican candidate, Romney should give up on his presidential dream. He was not the guy to get swing votes. If Romney were to get the Republican nomination again we will all be mad for another 4 years.
