On behalf of itself and all its members, MSI is pleased to be a co-plaintiff with Jeff and Kevin in this suit. We stand with them in defense of the First Amendment. Mark W. Pennak, President of MSI.
And I quote!
"“All across America a quiet rage is building against the assault upon American values. More so than ever in the history of America, the concerns and patience of its people are being tested, tried, and attacked by a group of elitists that are hell-bent on the destruction of this country.”
“Refuse to remain silent!”
And you and Deep Lurker have Refused!
You both make me proud to stand with you!
Amusing.

Just curious, why not bring a case against the state government and all of it's agents too? From Hogan on down. IANAL, but it would seem that the Chief and officer acted on behalf of the state of Maryland and as such, the state of Maryland should be held accountable for their agents' actions.

What surprises me is that no one is yet calling on Capitol Police Chief Wilson to resign.
Ramirez can't find his step-stool to reach the phone...
My post above was intended as sarcasm and not fact.
The sad thing is when people in Maryland assume it was true.
