Given that the Brady Bunch is the one filling the suit, clearly the intent, like in the lawsuits against gun makers, is to force new rules on a industry not by legislation but by legal harassment. One hopes the judge will see this for exactly what it is, a farce. Not only that, this harassment against online retailers because criminals can put into bad use something purchased 'by the click of a mouse' is bad for all online retailers. All online retailers should be joining forces against this lawsuit. A ruling against these guys would open the floodgates.

"Two years ago when our daughter Jessica was murdered, and we first heard the details of the massacre, I asked my husband: 'How can anyone order over 4,000 rounds of ammunition without raising any red flags? Why weren't any questions asked of the person who bought all of this ammunition?" said Sandy Phillips.
