I watched with interest until he started asking for money through a go fund me page. When the local zoning guy said it was a state law I would have questioned more and researched it. He should have been able to give a reference to the law (for example COMAR in MD).

Bottom line is there is a zoning appeal hearing April 12, 2023 and if he loses that he will take it to court where he expects to win (PA preemption law).
