Draw Quickly, Holster Slowly And With Care

This may be something to add in our ongoing discussions regarding CCW & training ... Clothing. Beware of loose items like draw strings on windbreakers or wet gear.

So, when you are buying a holster and a cover garment look for the little things that can hang up and possibly cause an unsafe situation. You will be glad you did.

I know of a local officer that did this....a strap from his rain coat snagged the trigger.
