I have a 7.65 Ortgies pistol that occasionally jams. It always happens when the last round in the magazine is being fed into the chamber. It catches the ejected casing that has just been fired and causes the empty casing to stand upright (I think this is called stovepipe) and jam the slide. Any thoughts on what is causing this?
