  • I live about a mile from the Pennsylvania line and can walk to Pennsylvania and I occasionally do. I also have a non-resident New Hampshire and Maine ccw permits, both of which are recognized by Pennsylvania. If I am walking to Pennsylvania can I transport my pistol fully exposed in a level 2 retention holster as long as there is no loaded magazine in the pistol.

FYI Pennsylvania does not honor Maine non resident. But buy still does honor New Hampshire bc of the stupid rule change

You CAN do anything you want. Although what you want may be illegal. Or even if legal, may get you arrested or detained until they can figure it out.
