I just received 2 Yugo M57's from J&G Sales. As I was getting all of the cosmo out of them I noticed something was carved into the inside of one of the grips.
It reads: "Mr. Sjenica" and "MLCC". Is this common with C&R pistols. Anyone have any idea what MLCC could stand for?

J&G lists these as VG condition, so I was expecting all matching numbers, but the slide on one of them matches, but with a 1-xxxxx. Does that mean the slide was replaced or repaired at some point?

My M57 had someone's name written in the holster. It is easy to forget many C&Rs were someone else's gun. Very cool, Mr. Sjenica.

    It makes you wonder:
    • If the firearm failed them when they needed it the most?
    • Was the firearm staring down a family member in a past conflict?
