The Traverse City Record-Eagle first reported as a shooter, then retracted.

Because of a page designer's error, a misleading headline appeared on page 3A in Sunday's Record-Eagle accompanying a story about a driver who struck and killed four people at the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade on Saturday.

Standard "boilerplate" copy at all leftist newspapers. The story is already written, "Shooter at ____ kills _____ with ____ wounded" & editor just fills in the blanks for today's story. Only this time the facts didn't quite fit the narrative and someone forgot to change the headline.
