I still don't understand how a 14 day (not including gun purchase) wait time can be legally upheld in court as not violating our constitutional rights....

Well if they don't their rental and resulting range revenue will drop to near zero. Best they learn the law if they want to survive post Oct. 1

got miine over the weekend. applied 10-3-13 issued on 10-8-13.
Mine came in the mail yesterday and it's every bit as crappy looking as the sample HQL someone posted a few weeks ago. OMG SO BAD. Even the DMV photo is squished! Did the MSP get a 5th grader to make these things?
I want my money back.

Ok, glad to see that people are receiving their HQL's. what size are they? Will they fit in a wallet or are they larger then a credit card?

Yes it will fit a wallet. Same size as a credit card. Not like the Va non resident permit

I did NOT get mine. WTF? I applied on the first, it went active on the 9th. My number is <75 but no love. Didn't need the damn thing. I only got the damn thing for the A1 KelTec giveaway and the now obviously no good idea of gumming up the works. But since it didn't show up it's now serving no purpose.
