I think you're okay my friend. In order to not be approved for a firearm, you must be committed to a institute.

By the way, how would they know you were diagnosed with ADHD? They don't have access to your medical records.

People are now going to avoid seeing counselors and psychologists out of the legitimate concern that they will lose their guns...

I was diagnosed twice as a minor. ADHD, Anxiety and Aspergers. Bipolar may be on record, but I'm not sure. I've been given all anti-depressants known to man until I was about 22, which is why I'm afraid of Obamacare and and ATF gettign a hold of my medical records. No history of violence though, no felonies or misdemeanors.

Last I heard, State Police don't do fingerprinting. Add on your fee for MDfingerprinting.com for your purchase.

I will buy a Live Scan machine, get myself trained, and just make tours of stores and clubs.

I don't have a job right now, wife has great job and carries our insurance, clearable, not looking to make a living out of it, so lowest cost possible.

I am also VERY motivated to do everything possible to provide our lawmakers with an empirical demonstration in the difficulties in taking on a project of this size, without providing the funding, time, and logistical support needed on the back end of this bottleneck they have created.

Wouldn't the doctor have to admit you to a mental institute? I don't see anything that says you can be disproved if you are prescribed anti anxiety meds.
