Is that from the SCOTUS RSS Feed you mentioned?
No, the PDF metadata from the DaVita opinion just released.

Similarly, here's Taylor's. Spit out at 10:10am yesterday.

This one from Breyer has been in the hole since Friday. Next opinion(s) can only be from him, Thomas, the Chief, or Per Curiam.

Carson v. Makin is a big one. Roberts had his homework done Friday. Next opinion can only be from him or Per Curiam.

    13 more, 5 major cases.

We have one more opinion day left this week, June 23 (Thursday).

We will probably have two more next week. Monday and Wednesday more then likely.

This Thursday June 23rd, is the last conference day. With those orders going out the door The following a Monday.

We had one major opinion released today. So odds are that in The next 3 opinion days, they will release at least one, with two of Those days releasing 2 opinions.

Based on past history though. They won’t release Dobbs and NYSPRA on the same day. I suspect that Dobbs will be released next Wednesday day June 29th.

I could still be wrong, IMHO, I still highly suspect that they will release NYSPRA this Thursday June 23rd. The 4 cases on hold those orders will be released on June 27th. However, if it’s not released this Thursday, then I am 99.9% sure it will be released on Monday. I just hope it’s this Thursday though.

I suspect that June 27th, the other 2 or 3 major cases will be released. I kinda doubt that they will release any other major opinions with NYSPRA or Dobbs.

Some cases have already been scheduled for the first Major Conference of September. None of them are currently gun cases though.

For all the sturm und drang over Dobbs, I suspect NYSRPA will have the greater impact. We may be looking at a Brown vs Board of Education moment that will reverberate through American politics for the next forty years.
