    War Eagle!!

    Great Video

FYI- used to live in NM. Went in on some calves with a friend/rancher. "yotes are calf killin sob's. I ended up in a lot of coyote calling contests after that. One once for biggest and once for ugliest.

Fun shooting, hard shooting. If they have been "educated" they are experts in the squad rush. Rarely do you get more than two good shots.

I've done some yote hunting when i lived in Oregon...they are some smart sum'bitches for sure.

I met a DFW Trapper out in Wyoming. His main job was to drive around and hunt yotes. He had two dogs that were trained to go and harass the yotes and chase them back to their den. Once the yotes were at their den, they would then get defensive and go after the dogs. The dogs would play scared and the yotes would give chase, the dogs would come running back to the trapper and he would then shoot the coyotes.

Wow, thanks for sharin that pick!! That must have been awesome to have a creature like that.

Fixed... Present tense. He still has it :party29:

Last I talked to him he also had 3 white Gyr Falcons, one pair he was trying to breed and 1 he was hunting, which are from Alaska. The further north it's from, the whiter the bird (and the more expensive).

Several breeding pairs of Barbary Falcons (these are from the Barbary coast of Africa)

And I'm not sure if he still has them or not, but he used to have Peregrine falcons

Can you go to Howard County and shoot all the coyotes? They're trying to kill my dog.

those eagles are the chuck norris of the animal kingdom. that goat video is funny. If a goat falls off a mountain and no one is around does it scream?

Cool video. The size and strength of an eagle amazes me. Saw a Bald on the side of Middletown Road in Waldorf a few years ago ripping roadkill to pieces like it was paper. We were just about eye to eye with each other; me sitting in an old Sentra.

You should try having one on your fist decide it wants to take flight when you're still holding the jesses. Then you can really feel the power they can generate with their wings.

    1. 3rdRcn - thank you for posting, the videos were outstanding and I've watched them multiple times.

    2. MdHunter - your Alasko trip pics are crazy cool, thank you for sharing.

    3. Numidian - you my friend have as many badass stories as Forest Gump. I envy your travels and experiences. Nice friggin pics. I'm waiting for your next story to be about your uncle Peter, the cowboy astronaut millionaire. :innocent0
