Received a letter from The Maryland House of Delegates today and it states Ballistic fingerprinting has been repealed. This is great news for someone looking to get their HQL. Although I still refuse to partake in that activity.

Different fingerprinting. This was the deal where the FFL had to submit a spent case. Nothing to do with HQL or actual fingers.

Does this mean a fire arm can be shipped to your FFL new, (Such as a CZ which doesn't come with a factory provided shell) and I won't have to pay the extra 15-55$ to make the FFL shoot a round?
