Today I purchased 3 of these: DEWALT 10-Compartment Deep Pro Organizer-DWST14825 - The Home Depot They are deep so mags are easily double stacked. My mags were free stacked before and were falling all over the place.

Mine are in reclaimed ammo cans... the wife might like the look of these a little better!

    Thanks for the share.

I use plastic ammo cans. A bit overkill for pistol magazines, but works surprisingly well for most rifle mags. I store them on steel shelving units, so I can just look for the can labeled with the mags I need.

I got lucky and found a ton of brand new sunglass storage/display cases at the GoodWill in Hampstead last year. The things were brand new and still in plastic.... someone must have closed up a shop and just donated all. Picked up over a dozen at $3 each. They are PERFECT for pistol mags... a little too small for rifle (at least anything over M1 carbine), but I may do some mods.

The look something like this and they lay flat and stack very nicely.

Can you pick that up when it's fully loaded?

It's a bit heavy for my girly arms but if I use my fat gut as leverage I can heave them off and on the shelf. Then I need a break and a snack...

If it is nylon with straps, zippers, Velcro, pouches and spaces for things. I want it.

    Amen brother. Amen.

 Amen. Makes my wife nuts: "WHAT?!?! Another camo bag?!?!"

Interesting technique. So you tell your wife when you buy new stuff? I don't. I only have to deal with it when we get into arguments about money and I complain that she spends too much. Then she comes back with the "I see those $300 withdrawals from our house fund. I know you are buying more guns and ammo." But I digress....
