    -My love of a good reference book is no secret here. The latest is a new work by John G. Currie: HIgh Standard Firearms History, 1932-1984 Connecticut, A Collector's Guide. It covers everything from HS during its lifespan; derringers, rifles, shotguns, revolvers and pistols along with a fascinating history of the company and its inner workings.
    -Up to this point there just wasn't much out there of any quality so this roughly 350 page soft cover is a big leap forward. Plenty of tables with SN ranges, quantities, etc. Along with detailed descriptions.
    -For me, a lover of High Standard products, this one was a no-brainer. Selling up on Amazon for $89.15.

    Cool ! Thanks for the heads-up. Not that I'd start a High Standard collection... that would never happen LOL.
