Need gunsmithing

My LC Smith has developed an issue. the lower rib has started to some loose. I need to find someone that can resolder it. Does anyone know of any competent gunsmith doing this work?
I'd rather not have to send it off or worse yet try it myself.

I know you don't want to send it off, but that's exactly what I would do. I would send it to Briley. They can also rust blue the bbls.
