Need a carpenter

I need a peice of subflooring replaced under my front door. We had a old leak at the door and it ruined part of the hardwood flooring and rotted some of the subfloor.

Also need some new trim put on my outside basement door and window. Curently has wood trim that has got rotted since it was built in 1999. Would like to get some of the plastic trim. The trim looks like 1x6.

I do HVAC work and carpentry is my expertise. Looking for a carpenter who either has there own business or works for somebody. Just want someone that knows what there doing and wont make it worse than it is now.

Woooww. Hold up. That sounded like an insult towards Buildmore Construction. Armedsks needs to update his thread. Hes making me look bad. Just so no one thinks i'm incompetent, I start his job tomorrow.
I am a factory trained installer and a 25yr. master carpenter. Due to the high level of quality that i uphold my company is in demand. Due to this, I am about three weeks out in install dates. I just needed to clarify that i am competent, skilled and have work.
