What are your thoughts on this as a set?

It includes a Tula revolver (1931), inert grenade, field glasses w/case, holster w/belt and buckle, infantry cap and service medal.

I think that's pretty darn cool, tovarish :)
    very interesting set.

    Is the Nagant matching, non-import?
It has that "I'm original" look to it.

    To be honest I don't know:o

It has been put on consignment (A1 Uniform) with all the accompanying accessories and is available to view at the Howard County gun show.

    Where they send me.
Really cool! Not sure if its the light but the holster looks a bit too new for the rest of the display.

Well done and put together, the Russian stuff doesn't get much love at times.

They have an odd finish that seems to age well. The belt buckle is correct for the period. The medal is "The Order of the Red Star" . I am doing research on it.

That holster may be like this one... it's some sort of "ersatz" material like canvas/paper (or ?) with vinyl-like piping around the edges.
Leather used for belt loops and closure strap, etc.
Should be markings inside the flap.

But it is in remarkably nice shape, always cause for a closer look :)

This looks like the same material, it was with a 1939-dated TT-33 I had.
We weren't sure what the date on the holster was, but figured post-war.

another one in the condition I would expect:

It is similar to the one in your photo except for the mag pouch. Instead it has a pouch for a small box of ammo.

I've always kept an eye out for an original finish, non-import marked Nagant revolver. That one certainly looks correct. Love the display!
