My refinished CZ-82s

I got my CZ back from Mahovsky's today and I couldn't be happier. The Metalife hard chrome finish looks great with the wood grips. It's a perfect set alongside my black finished one with carbon fiber grips. Mahovsky did a beautiful job and considering he does all the dis-assembly and re-assembly of the pistol, his price is excellent.

I couldn't decide whether to post the pics here or in the C&R forum, but I still have a hard time believing this pistol is C&R (even though I know it is).

I was actually thinking about putting carbon fiber grips on the chrome, but I didn't want two sets of the same grips and I really like they way they looked on the black pistol. DesignerGrips, where I got the carbon fibers, also sells Kevlar and mixtures of the two. I may pick up a set of something similar, but not just carbon fiber. I do like the wood though.

Believe it or not, those are CZ-75 mag bases. They fit and look perfect.
