Need to go at it methodically and step by step.

First try hotter ammo.

No point in throwing multiple fixes at it first, you need to try one thing at a time.

Just called them. It's a .068 gas port.

Installed the BCM extractor upgrade and then ran some ZQ1 5.56 through it and it was flawless, Even when firing rapidly.

Do you have a straight gas tube or what I call the pigs tail gas tube. I think you're out of time if you have a straight gas tube. Buy a Pigs tail gas tube and your troubles will go away.

Switching to hotter ammo and upgrading my extractor fixed the issue. It ate up any 5.56 brass I threw it's way.
