  • My C&R arrived in the mail this morning.:party29:

Filled out and printed online application on 02/12/11

    Mailed Application on 02/14/11

My card was charged on 02/26/11 - 12 days

    Received License on 03/26/11 - 28 days

Total time mailbox to mailbox - 42 days

Now to decide what to buy first. I like many others have been looking at the Mosin Nagant rifles. I also like German and U.S. WWII militaria. I know there is a list of locations to fax or mail a copy of my license to and I will search rather than ask that question. I guess now it is time to start researching and learning to be able to find the best quality of each firearm purchased.

Make sure you send a copy to midway and brownells. I saved $350 on the purchase of a leopold scope a couple of years ago. Seriously pays for itself.

    Here's where I sent mine:
    SOG
    AimSurplus
    Midway
    Brownells
    Wideners
    Century*
    JGSales*

All of them accepted my C&R in PDF-form in an e-mail. The ones with the stars required that I snail mail them my C&R. :/
