I managed to get most of what I wanted prior to 10/1. Now I'm looking for stuff that wasn't affected.

This rifle meets the OAL requirements
No flash hider
No folding stock
No grenade launcher

Am I good to go , or did I miss something with this one?

If SBRs are still good to go a form 1 would be in order.

This. Aside from full-auto variants, the only MP5 that you can purchase in MD would be an MP5K AOW.

I submitted a form 1 for an MP5 clone SBR and my OAL is 27".

You may be able to build an MP5 pistol (with no stock) from a flat. They are pretty pointless without a stock though.

Not the same of course but these are MD okay and it's still 9mm with a forward charger. Same gun they've been building for the Brazilian police for a while without the folding stock so they can import it.

Yes, those are still legal. They are lookalikes, with nothing in common to an actual MP5.

I'm wondering how long before someone finds a way to adapt an Hk UMP stock to one of these. They already look very similar to the civilian USC. A .45acp version would be awesome too.
