I am moving to Maryland next month. I read the laws and FAQ concerning transporting guns into the state. The only thing i see is that you can not have is an assault pistol (which i don't have).

Are you sure you want to move to Maryland? What is your gut telling you? I bet it's NO!

His gut is probably saying Yes for the job and experiences, understandably difficult place to be. Heck he could have a wife and kids, who knows, other dependents.

But keep in mind OMalley according to Chris Plant has increased taxes, and or fees 32 times since taking office. We all pay Corporate Tax, it's passed onto us in the price of things.

Also to the guy that question the other Guy paying $40,000 in taxes. It's possibly if he means MD and Fed Income - and isn't a home owner or a big giver for whatever reasons. Also, if he runs a business that maintains good contracts or a good list of clients; I can easily see him paying that much.

If you move here beware about purchasing a home because recently home values were underwater, in some cases by $40 to $60K.

One last thing, in Maryland they don't have many housing projects, they let them live next to you, section 8 subsidized. That's why now in my neighborhood there are drug dealers selling next to homes valued any where between $300k to $900k.

Each new development must have sub par town homes built to house poor-er people.
