Mossberg 500 Tactical

Hey, new here, was curious as to whether the shot gun I bought last year will be considered illegal thanks to the new Maryland legislation. It's a Mossberg 500 Tactical shot gun with the pistol grip and telescoping stock. I thought I remembered reading on the MD Shall Issue website that those two features would make it a no-no. Thanks for you help in advance!

Well we have not seen the final language but..

Is it on the Assault weapons list? Not unless its a Bullpup... so ok there.
Is it a pump? Yes, then not subject to the Copy Cat AWB.
Even if it was a Semi, Does it have folding stock or a revolving mag? No then you would still be ok...

Thanks, I guess that makes sense. I just wanted to make sure, I've always had over and under shot guns, never a pump or anything.

Will it hold more than 10 rounds if you put 1 3/4" shells in it? I seen a thread on here that had mentioned that as an issue

No, I don't think it would, I've never tried, I typical use 2 3/4" or 3"shells, and it won't hold more than five of them.
