The urgency is that the County could pick up enforcement at any time without notice. This is why we have standing. It doesn't take active enforcement for the public to be afraid of arrest that stop the practice of a right. This was already argued in the hearing. Will defer to the MSI attorneys...

Is it too early to say that this is getting tiresome? Even Illinois is eating our lunch, having their assault rifle ban enjoined by Judge McGlynn. Then again, they went Shall Issue years ago. I would have lost the farm betting against them.
