Innocent until proven guilty of course but lawbreakers shouldn't be lawmakers.

Innocent til proven guilty. Article makes it appear that the alleged suspect was not apprehended at the scene and makes no mention of corroborating evidence. If there is forensic evidence or video/photo placing the accused at the scene, I would be interested in knowing that.

Innocent until proven guilty...a bedrock of our legal system. But he should take a leave of absence and give up all his personal firearms until it's adjudicated...if Sheriff Jenkins has to do that this guy should.

    Following the left's cue:

"These allegations are too serious to ignore. The delegate should be removed from office pending the conclusion of the investigation." Or something like that. ;)

Did he also yell this is MAGA country? This seems like a really dumb thing for a delegate to do. I'm leaning towards them making this up until there's more to the story.

Sounds like he knows the victims. If I had to guess he used this old couples house as a stash house for bribe money or had some shady business and was extorting money from them.

That or some residents were pissed at him for whatever reason and decided to make sh!t up about him to tank his political ambitions. I do not like him due to how he votes, but I'm going to need something more for this one.

The unidentified woman not letting the police make contact with him has my spidey sense tingling. I'm convulsing it's so bad.

Looks like one of the victims is his aunt. There's definitely more to this story.
