What time would the dinner be? I'm about 30 miles out in the DC metropolitan area, so I could make it if it was held late enough for the traffic to die down.

After I get home from my half-day at work, I need to head over to Scott's to put some little buddies in for a checkup (although, while there I will be checking in on Clandestine's sartorial choices for the day), and immediately after we need to head to Norfolk.
