I would absolutely have to have a looksee with my 12ga at the ready . The other night had a 4' black rate snake climbing my wrought iron security/storm door at the top of 6 stairs. Have seen them every 3 or 4 years. Had an honest 6 footer on the front door a few years back. It was thick.
