I have been trying to open a new HQL account. I can't get past the initial registration screen. This is using the https://emdsp.mdsp.org/egov/Login.aspx

Anyone else having issues? Have you gotten your local reps involved?

The renewal site is down with no indication it will ever be fixed. As one of those with October 2023 HQL expiration and no verdict yet in the lawsuit, this could become a problem as the 10 year mark approaches.

Fortunately, I was able to get it working with Firefox, which I haven't used in years, today.

I was going to call them, and still was looking at a few options, but luckily it worked out. I have no idea why.

I hope you get your issue fixed, but I do believe the MDSP is slow rolling this deliberately.

Yep I was doing everything as instructed, including manually populating the boxes. It is working for me with a different browser.
