Eastern Shore Delegate I believe with the Amendment seeking carve out so that machines that modify firearms don't create categories of 3D guns from shotguns and rifles and guns you already own.

It appears that amendments--which both sides know are designed as poison pills, or measure to siphon off support--have failed and the bills move to a 3rd reader which is just short of final passage. We could use some help on this interpretation from anyone more skilled than I in these arcane proceedings.

We may have to text Kipke for clarification. We know that this is an exercise in futility, but is part of the process that our reps must engage in, even if to no avail (which they would highly suspect in advance)

We will be waiting around online for awhile to see if we can get a little clarity.

Paging Dblas, who knows his way around the process down there.

I really recommend taking a look at our first featured video on PatriotPicket.org: "A To Case File Under "M" For Maryland: In The Twilight Zone".

    The parallels are pretty stunning.

Is this a closed door voting but only mom's and Green energy type people are allowed in? Or do we have some WWNC folks who actually were allowed a seat or 2 by the crown?

No, this was an open floor session in the House of Delegates.

The MOMs are Cat Ladies with no jobs and no lives.

We have to pick and choose on our appearances in Annapolis.

Bringing this over from the other thread:

As amended on 3/15, went to floor on 3/16. Two floor amendments offered, one by Del Kipke and one by Del Mautz, both failed. Bill ordered printed for third reading. Keep the pressure on. I really liked Kipke's amendment and presentation today. He was great!
