It's a good experience staffed by people who know how to shoot.
As mentioned rifles and ammo are provided, most of the instructors are also happy to loan gloves, mats, and other accessories as needed. Just pay and show up. I attended last spring and probably 3/4 of the shooters were already well above beginner but everyone is there to learn something new.
If you've never done high power, the experience of being in the pits and scoring targets is rewarding. The first time you will be on the receiving end of overhead fire.
