Md Handgun Roster Question...PPS43c legality

In the Maryland roster lists this as an approved pistol:

Mfg: IO Inc
Model: Pioneer Arms
Model Number: PPS43c

Does this mean a PPS43c that is "imported" by IO Inc and is made in Poland by Random not allowed?

The Pioneer Arms I believe is made in the US out of both US and imported parts.

It's the same gun. Made in Radom, Poland, by Pioneer Arms, imported by I.O. The last paragraph under variants at
