Nope, no "sold with" in the integrated lock law. That's in the pre-2003 external lock law. Now it's just "has".

    (2) On or after January 1, 2003, a dealer may not sell, offer for sale, rent, or transfer in the State a handgun manufactured on or after January 1, 2003, unless the handgun has an integrated mechanical safety device.

The law also states the device is (i) built into a handgun

The MSP has a list of approved integrated devices, but things like the Omega and Interbore Lock, are not built in, even though they are approved. Is this a "depends what you mean by built in" thing?

    I stand corrected.

Longshot, but anyone have a 10mm lock?
Or maybe I can just use 40? I already have one of those.

    Hey All,

Looking for a 9mm and 7.62x39 lock. I know omega makes one, but not sure what else would work! Worst case I will just buy them.

I have a 22lr lock if anyone is in need.

Is there a list for approved locks?

I see a couple of links to the md gov't site but they all come up with errors. I went went to their site and could not find information.

Need a G19 (9mm) for Feb 24/25. I can buy once since this won't be my last purchase.

You simply need a 9mm bore lock.

You can buy one at any gun shop, or simply ask here for a loaner from one of us. Just mention the general area where you'd want to meet ;)

I am right around the corner from 2A in Jessup and meet people there frequently with bore locks. I have 9 mm, .40/.357 Sig, .45 acp, and .38/.357
