Not to be ugly, but even if he does win....he IS 73 and probably will not be around for very long.

This guy is as anti as they come.....never mind the law, it's up to his interpretation to decide whether you go to jail or not.

An anti-gun bigot, State Senator Brian Frosh, is waiting for Curran to drop-out (or drop dead) so he can run for Attorney General. Given his anti-gun rights record as the chairman of the Senate Judicial Proceedings Committee, he will be even worse than Joe Curran (some ways like the Massachusetts Attorney General).

    OUch, I wasn't aware of Frosh's ambitions.

....just when I think we're making a little headway.

Of course Frosh's vacancy on the judicial proceedings commitee could be a good thing if there's a suitable replacement for him.

Holy crap......Frosh is an unabashed gun hater....whereas Curran is at least subversive in his anti-gun activities, Frosh is a card-carrying Kool-Aid drinker

Frosh is as bad as they come. Anti-idiot supreme regarding 2A rights.

You got that right my friend....he's not even shy about it either.

I think Frosh considers it a badge of honor. He seems to love anything that is against the law-abiding. In addition to his anti-2A stance, he is supporting a law that would increase liability for dogowners and their landlords (as previously posted). Too bad the most likely way he we leave the Senate is to move to a position where he could potentially do even more harm.

    Huh?

This just happened last week when Frosh double-crossed Sen. Simmons in the Senate Judiciary Committee by reneging on his promise to bring the committee along with an amendment Simmons made that would allow dog owners due process in court should their dog bite someone.

As the bill passed out of committee, now all dog owners and owners of premises where dogs live will have to prove their dogs were not disposed to aggressive behavior, which is nearly impossible. It will make it very very tough for renters to own dogs, because no landlord will want the liability.
