I went out to the range this weekend and discovered I can't shoot optics anymore. My groups suck. I need to practice a lot more before I consider any matches....

I'm in! I may have to shoot my old Bausch and Lomb with multi-X reticle for this one so hold-off will be a PITA but I've watched enough.

So will updates be posted to this thread or to a new one? I don't want to miss registration.

So James and Steve, I see from the 'Winter Carbine Match Cancelled' thread that the range is pretty wet. If you need any non-match-setup help over there before the match please PM me. Haven't been there and will probably do a drive by anyway so I can mark it on the car GPS. Not available the weekend prior but other than that I can carve out some time.

Jim- negative on the help, at least for the February one. Several items are EYES ONLY until match day, and even then, you will only get to look at them thru a magnified optic. Thanks for the offer however.

There are 7 slots open as of now. Get your registration in, looks like a good season.

They are all known distance out to 600 yards. Good dope out to 600 is a plus. other than that just come out and shoot one. Ask lots of questions and figure out what gear you may or may not need for the next time.

You shooting your Fclass rig, I been interested in this but all I have that I think would work is my Rem700 5R thats set up for FClass.
