    Due to the wording of the Law I'm sure a good lawyer might get you around the tax stamp, but I'll let you guess which is more expensive...

    No they would not. This is a pistol with a suppressor built in to it. That does NOT avoid a tax stamp in any way, shape, or form, any more than an MP5SD or any other integrally suppressed gun would.
