    You are completely wrong! They can in now way come look at your firearms with out a warrant.
    You must be thinking of a C&R license, in that aspect they will call ahead and set up a time and you can even meet at their office.

    So if he hasn't received the first firearm yet (still waiting on paperwork), then he can answer "no" to the question about having received a firearm in the past 30 days. So why can't he submit paperwork now, knowing that it will be at least 30 days between receipt dates?

    This is where I thought you could just go ahead and submit the papers but guess not!
