Like many of you, I've been waiting so long to. Pick up my firearm I've stopped counting somewhere between 80-90 days. There is talk that background checks on firearms purchased after 01Jun13 will take 6 months . This is unacceptable!!! I'm pretty sure most of us know what the constitution is, and that it should be respected by .any politician, and. Or public servant. In fact in the military you have to swear an oath to uphold. The constitution. Yet when it comes to our 2nd rights , the constitution is clearly being. Violated , 90+ days for a background check that takes a state trooper about 7 mins to do from the ir. Vehicle? 1st I did not buy into the whole state police/ Chairman 0 malley conspiracy theory, but what else could it be? 90 fukn days to buy a legal firearm makes absolutely no sense when I can go to any underworld figure, and have. One in less that 20min? Where do these stupid politicians get their policies? Anyways if one violates the constitution such as 0 malley has clearly done . What recourse can the ppl take against him ex. Impeachment, throwing out his illegal attempt to disarm law abiding Marylanders. Etc. This idiot thinks he has a snowball's chance in hell at being president is just laughable.

I have no doubt (JMO, though) that Chairman Martinet O'MAOlley has put something in [slow] motion, and has someone's nads over an open flame to make sure it stays that way.

But, as I mentioned in another post yesterday, as long as Curran & Co. have control from the beat to the bench, there's little chance of anything changing quickly.
