WELL, then let it happen! If it gives them cover and we get to carry with a Utah permit, or a FL then fine. However, it's still back door and could be taken away at any time.

Being from a shall issue state, shall issue is your best bet. Hopefully some day Md will come around. I would love to see a fed law making permits good in all 50 states, but that is wishfull thinking. Till then I will keep my ccw carrying wife and my residence in Pa and only spend my weekdays working in Maryland.
