I applied on line at VAdotCOM. It took several weeks but they mailed them to me.

I only wanted the Honorable Discharge copy but they sent one for every transfer and ADT I went on for seven years!

I should have been clearer. My daughter doesn't have a DD214 because she did not serve. She is medical barred from serving due to asthma.
Come to think of it, those who are medically barred from service should get a class waiver, too. Violation of ADA to provide a waiver only for those able bodied to serve.

Yes the exemption applies to renewals as well.
