Lots of bad bills still in play, come on down and give YOUR favorite or unfavorite Annapolis swamp dweller your thoughts.

On the bricks in front of Liar's Mall 7p - 8p(ish).

AND, now that DST is upon us your drive to Annapolis won't be in the dark.

H/T Stoveman: He interviewed Sen. Mike McKay on SB 1097 QHIC/HQL amendment controversy on our Patriot Picket FB livestream, archived there now:

What McKay said doesn't fit with what I read

He swears he is just trying to make MSP follow SB1 "standards". Sounds like he is saying per SB1 he was expecting MSP to do more than develop a curriculum for the training. Maybe he was expecting trainer curriculum as well? He was adamant that he wasn't trying to add steps and things were difficult enough.

Our own @dblas and John Josslyn were namr dropped as people he was speaking to so hopefully this gets sorted

With two rallies (union, pro-life) and our PP demonstration at PPP it continued to be SRO in the intersection as well as inside Liars Mall until the 8 PM start of the evening legislative sessions in House and Senate:

Everyone there honored the request to keep the College Avenue crosswalk open for legislators and Capitol visitors:

The union rally occupied the Mall interior and broke first and fast:

The pro-life rally likewise dissipated rapidly and suddenly it was all over but the shouting in the intersection:

Many thanks to our Patriots on the scene to represent and to seek answers to the big questions.

We appreciate it when legislators agree to meet with us in our Brick-floored office at the Capitol, established 2016.

Join us there if you want to take a meeting; Second Amendment support office hours most Monday nights, 7 - 8 PM!

I'm surprised we even found Sen McKay tonight, it was a complete madhouse.
“Lucky people make their own luck.”

Right time, right place, right person for the job.

Patriot Picket has greeted Sen. McKay there dozens of times over the years, so I’m not surprised.

    Way to make news, Stoveman!

See the SB1097 thread for what we talked about.

But He wants to force MSP to apply the curriculum making process standard in HB824, by adding another step to being an instructor (which taking a certification exam does)? That ensures the instructors are at the same "level" it does nothing to force MSP to do their job as written in HB824.
