What is the difference between the Gen M2 and Gen M3 mags besides the price?

EDIT: I see the M3's are $150 for a FIVE pack.

I believe the only difference is that the Gen 3 has the cover clip, and the cover clip can fit on the bottom of the mag when not in use.

Improved follower
Improved mag body polymer (stronger)
-dot matrix near bottom for marking
-thinner base plate
-more stippling
-1 fewer rib
-comes with dust cover, but dust cover cannot be mounted on bottom
-mag fits anything a USGI fits (old pmag was a bit thicker).
-over insertion guard

And 25 bucks a mag for 15 dollar mags is too much
